Leveraging their profound insights and proficiencies, our team of sole specialists diligently carry out each project phase, from initial sketches to the development of sole prototypes, ensuring rapid preparation for production.

Our operations span across 5 production lines situated in 2 distinct business units, each outfitted with cutting-edge Italian machinery. This robust setup endows us with an annual production capacity of 4.5 million pairs of Polyurethane (PU) soles. This encompassing capability includes:
Fully automatic Pumix rotary moulding machine
Semi automatic Pumix banana moulding machines,

Our production cadre comprises planning engineers, supervisors, and a highly proficient workforce, excelling in their roles to execute orders promptly and meet delivery deadlines. Beyond routine operations, our ability to fulfill urgent orders on schedule sets us apart from the competition. We exercise meticulous vigilance at every production stage to guarantee that the quality of our finished soles aligns with the industry’s finest.
Apart from it, our in house collection of moulds of more than 300 sole designs makes the sample development process very fast.

We maintain a specialized quality control division, furnished with cutting-edge Bennewart and Bata belt flex testing machinery, abrasion testers, and a chemical laboratory. Our quality control team collaborates closely with the production unit to guarantee that the final products meet our clients’ exacting standards.
